The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 6 pm, in the Dining Hall of the Cedaredge Civic Center, to hear presentation from the four potential retail and/or medical marijuana establishment licensees. The Planning & Zoning Commission will only evaluate the applicants' Title 16 Conditional Use Applications as they relate to land use and development. On Thursday, July 22, the Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing to evaluate the potential licensees applications for retail and/or medical marijuana establishments. The Board will award up to four licenses, two each retail marijuana and medical marijuana.
