  5. Dog Training Workshop @ Pioneer Town

    July 25, 2020, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

The Pioneer Town Arboretum is a fantastic place to relax, meditate, or walk your dog. But on Dog Day Afternoon, you can also get some free help training your dog! Bring your dog on a leash, dog treats, poop bags, a mask or face covering and hat for yourself, and prepare for a fun afternoon with Wag Resort Dog Trainer, Bob McHugh. Class sizes are limited so arrive early. Learn to control your dog on a loose leash, how to teach him tricks, or play a fun game of "musical pads." Sign up for 1 or all 3. While membership in the Surface Creek Valley Historical Society or paid Pioneer Town Museum admission is normally required to access this five-acre oasis, for this one afternoon all dog enthusiasts are welcome. However admission is still required for the rest of the museum grounds.
