    Dance Fit is geared towards the over 50 crowd, but is a great workout for all ages and levels of fitness. The class includes a warm-up, some mat work, stretch bands, a country line dance and lots of dancing from contemporary to jazz to hip hop! Bring water, a mat and a desire to dance away your cares and your calories!
