HIGH ALTITUDE VIRTUAL TALENT CONTEST **CASH PRIZES** Grand Mesa Arts Center is accepting 3 minute cell phone video submissions from now until July 17th. Individuals must be 18 or younger and groups must have at least one member 18 or younger. Only 30 videos will be selected for the final presentation and judging.
